Yesterday I ran into a weird problem at work that I thought was worth mentioning here, since I found a solution and it is one of those things that can be easily overlooked if you don't know about it.

When I got my iPhone 4 last year, Apple was giving their bumpers for free because of the "death grip" problem, so I got one, and I did not have any problems with it for just over a year, but then it started to disintegrate.

Yesterday Steve Jobs retired from his position as Apple's CEO, a move that will be unlike the one of 1985, that is, without a return in the future. Is this the end of an era, will Apple change a lot because of this?

There's a very big myriad of online backup services and it is very hard to choose from one of them, since all of them offer different features. I have been using and trying a few of them for a while now, and since Apple is about to launch its own service, iCloud, I thought it was a good opportunity to write about this subject and relay what I have found about some of the services I've used.
